Return and Exchange
The product's warranty period is 7 days. The warranty period is calculated from the date the package is delivered to the consumer.
If you have any problems or malfunctions during use, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and please allow up to 24 business hours for the response to your question.
Warmer Lab understands that you may have a change of mind or circumstance and may wish to return your purchase. And we are also sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with our products. If you need to exchange or return the product due to product quality, you have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com, along with your purchase detail (your order number, order date, and a brief note on why you are requesting a return) and photo/ video of the product.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once an exchange is initiated, you have 30 days to return your product and you are responsible for all shipping charges. Send us email at email@example.com to start your exchange process.
Return & Exchange Condition
1. The return and exchange period is 7 days after delivered, overdue requests will not be processed.
2. The items returned must remain unused in their original packaging. We do not accept returned products that are worn, damaged, cleaned, or altered in any way.
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
4. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Warmerlab products.
5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It can be to our warehouse in USA or in China.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be paid by you OR will be deducted from your refund;
6. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
