Change Of Delivery Address
In order to avoid fraud, once the customer needs to change the delivery address, we require you to cancel the order and re-place a new one with the correct delivery address. IMPORTANT NOTE, order cancellation needs to be done within 1-3 days during our order preparation time before shipping. The detail can be found in Refund & Order Cancellation Policy.

We are unable to offer couriers services to any P.O. Box Address.

Packaging
We treat our packaging strictly and would like our consumers to receive the best products. In order to well protect your products during delivery, for most of the items, we use master carton box + gift carton box to double prevent any possible damage to the products.
Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Warmer Lab ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered by you ("customers") in order for your package to clear customs.
