How long will the order arrive?
The time frame of order is divided into 2 parts:
Order preparation time: 1-3 days
Shipping time:
Standard: 6-8 business days
Expedited: 2-4 business days
Can I cancel my order? And how?
There will be 1-3 days order preparation time before shipping. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Can I track my order?
We strive to deliver fast all over the world. We've chosen to work with USPS, DHL Express and some other couriers for the fastest and most convenient delivery.
Upon shipment, package tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, or the tracking seems inaccurate, please reach out to us at info@warmerlab.com.
My order never arrived? What can I do?

Where do you ship from and do you ship to my country?
Some orders from the United States will be sent from the US warehouse; it is also possible to ship from China (depending on whether the product is in stock in the warehouse)
Orders from other countries are sent from the Chinese warehouse.
If you have any questions, please communicate with us before placing an order.
Can I exchange a product?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@warmerlab.com.
Once an exchange is initiated, you have 30 days to return your product and you are responsible for all shipping charges. Send us email at info@warmerlab.com to start your exchange process. More details please refer to our RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.

How long does it take to heat up to the desired temperature?
The heating-up time mainly depends on the original liquid temperature, the quantity of the liquid and also which temperature setting you want.
Normally it takes anywhere from 4-10 minutes.
How long does the battery last?
The battery can last up to 8-12 hours of heating.
How many times can I warm your bottle?
You can heat up a bottle 8-10 times. Creating heat takes a lot of energy so if you are using smaller amounts of liquid you can get more heatings for each charge. When using refrigerated liquid it will take longer to heat and pull a lot more energy from the battery.
Where is the O-ring as shown in the instruction brochure?
The O-ring has been already placed in the device.
Does Warmer Lab’s portable bottle warmer work with breast milk and formula?
Yes! Our Pro 2.0 (as long as the Minor Set & Gift Set) works with breastmilk and pre-made formula, which our slow heat technology preserves nutrients and eliminates the risk of hotspots. But it does not work with some ready-to-use formula, please leave us messages for more info.
The better solution for formula powder on the go is to heat up water, then adding powder.

Does Warmer Lab’s portable bottle warmer work with formula?
Yes! Warmer Lab Portable Bottle Warmer Pro 2.0 (as long as Minor Set & Gift Set) works with the pre-made formula. But it does not work with some ready-to-use formula.
The best solution for formula powder on the go is to heat up water, then adding powder.
There are 4 temperature settings can be used, and our warmer is very accurate on the temperature:
- 99F - Breast milk's ideal temperature to preserve nutrients
- 104F - Made for all other liquids besides breastmilk
- 113F - Perfect temp for formula milk
- 122F - Made for higher temp liquid

Can I warm liquid with rice cereal or other thickeners?
Please warm liquid on your Warmer Lab’s portable bottle warmer first then once at desired temperature you can add any thickeners you need.
What bottles are compatible with Warmer Lab’s portable bottle warmer?
Over 80% of the baby bottles in the market are compatible with our warmer. With our 4 bottle adapters, you can find more bottles are compatible.

By using the bottle adapters, will it spill out the liquid everywhere during removing the bottle off the device?
Our bottle adapters are strictly designed for the compatible bottles. As long as you follow the removing instruction, it will hardly spill out the liquid.
Please be aware during removing,
Correct process: Firstly remove the bottle off the adapter, and now the bottle adapter is still connecting with the main device.
Wrong process: Directly remove the adapter off the main device, and now the bottle adapter is still connecting with the bottle.
Can I use Warmer Lab’s portable bottle warmer while it is charging?
The heating function can be used normally during the charging process, but make sure that the power is not less than 40%, so as to avoid insufficient power during the heating process, resulting in the shutdown before reaching the desired temperature.
Can I bring Warmer Lab’s portable bottle warmer with the carry-on baggage on plane?
Our warmer’s battery is professionally designed for most of the portable cases. We considered it not only the good helper during your road trip, but also is flight-friendly in your carry-on baggage.
As quoted from FAA REGULATION in United States, passengers may carry all consumer-sized lithium ion batteries up to 100 watt hours per battery.
